Lip Blush is a modern form of tattooing color on to your lips that is sheer, and nothing like the “lipstick” look of past years. Think of it as your lip color, but subtly enhanced. Your lips will have a fresh, healthier appearance.
This technique involves creating a very soft and subtle outline of your lips with a lip color that best suits your skin coloring and desired look. This soft line is then blended and shaded when filling in your lips with the pigment. By doing this, we are avoiding the “lined lip” look, and therefore creating the illusion of fuller, natural looking lips.
Think of it as a lip blush that stays on and will keep you looking your best no matter what the occasion is!
* PLEASE NOTE: Clients who have a history of cold sores need to take an anti-viral medication for a total of 5 days (2 pills two days prior to procedure, 1 pill the day of the procedure, and 2 pills two days post-procedure). Examples of antiviral medications: Valtrex, Zovirax, or Famvir. You will need to take this medication each and every time you have any lip tattoo. You will need to contact your physician in order to obtain your prescription strength anti-viral medication. You must inform them of your decision to have permanent cosmetics applied to your lips and they will need to call your prescription in for you to pick up at your pharmacy.
